Pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience 
and i completely understand what you mean i love mine as well.
Anyway i just updated the video on www.thevaporexperience.com that might help.
If not , to replace a cartridge is quite easy , when the two ends are screwed together hold the white battery end and then pull the yellow filter this will remove the old filter. Then get a new filter and remove the rubber seal in the top just pull it out,
then slide that filter onto the same area the other was, everything else is automatic and you should be good to go again from then.
There is no need to replace anything at the tip end the only part to replace is the orange cartridge when the vapor is running low.
